Replacing a whole arch
It means giving back every tooth in an arch by way of a fixed bridge carried on implants. There is no need for one implant per tooth: a small number, well distributed and correctly angled, holds the whole thing up.
The bridge is designed first, then we operate
How the final result should look — shape, height and the position of every tooth — is planned digitally, and only then is it decided where the implants that will carry it go. Reversing that order is the commonest reason for rehabilitations that work but read as false.
A long treatment, on an island
Between the workup, the surgery, the temporary stage and the definitive bridge several months pass with appointments spread across them. We plan that calendar in advance and hand it over in writing, which matters particularly to anyone who lives away part of the year.

01 How does the same-day fixed provisional work?
Everything is planned digitally before surgery. If the implants' primary stability allows it, a fixed provisional prosthesis is fitted in the same session: there isn't a single day without teeth while the bone heals.
02 How long does the whole process take?
The provisional is fitted right away. Bone healing usually takes 3 to 6 months, after which the final prosthesis is fitted. The exact time depends on how complex each case is.
03 How many implants does a full arch need?
Not one per tooth: 4 to 8 well-distributed implants, depending on technique and bone density, support the fixed prosthesis for the whole arch.
04 What if I don't have enough bone?
Solutions exist for bone loss — regeneration, longer implants in denser areas — assessed with a CBCT before proposing a technique. Lack of bone doesn't rule out treatment on its own.
